  • The best place to start is with a consultation. We’ll walk through the property together and discuss how to prepare the home so it shows at its best.

  • Decluttering makes a big difference. Closets, countertops, and storage areas should be pared down so the space feels clean and spacious.

    A professional cleaning and small updates like fresh paint can also help elevate the overall presentation.

  • Our standard staging term is 30 days. If the home has not sold within that period, staging can be extended at a reduced monthly rate.

  • Staging has a 30-day minimum rental period, so there are no partial refunds if the home sells sooner.

  • Ideally, staging is booked about two weeks in advance. One week’s notice is often workable depending on our schedule, though anything less than a week can be difficult to accommodate.
